New-fashioned room, an ironing set and a kettle were a nice surprise. It faced street. The location was great, for example, Boston's Five Lamps was at a moderate distance from the hotel. It was located in a nice area close enough to market and eating establishments, a handy base for me.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing board. The location was fantastic, just a short 2-minute walk to the city center. The staff at the bar, where we received our keys and instructions, were incredibly friendly. Additionally, the hotel had a great upstairs terrace where we enjoyed drinks and nibbles.
The breakfast selection could be improved.
